At Ambee, we are committed to providing you the best service and most value for money offering for environmental APIs anywhere in the world. In this regard, we provide you with 100 free API calls to test the data, prior to signing up as a Pay-as-you-go, or tiered customer.
For the Pay-as-you-go plan you are billed at the end of every month for the total number of APIs used, and your card is charged accordingly. Once you have made the requisite API calls for the month, you will be charged for the same and we will not allow for a refund of the amount unless the issue is raised with us and we authorize a refund after investigating the issue. Your account will be put on hold during this tie and you will not be charged until the investigation is complete at our end.
Please note that if a refund is approved, it will take up to 15 days for the amount to get credited to your account.
